After he brought The Gritterman to life last year with a spesh one-off performance at Union Chapel, with a live choir and Paul Whitehouse performing the narration, former Maccabees man Orlando Weeks is bringing it back this December, this time for two nights. The novel, written and illustrated by Weeks, tells the story of an ice cream man/road gritter who only has one night left of his job. Tickets for this flew out last year, so you’ll want to be on your game when they go on sale on 28th September at 9am.
